What is the difference between ~ "Get a test." and "Get a test done." ?

“Get a test” would mean receiving a test while “get a test done” would mean finishing the test after receiving it.

Get a test means receive a test
Get a test done means finish a test after solving it
Example: Today, I get a test in my English class.
                 Judy get a test done faster than anyone else in the class.
